From now on, the Specialists can bill for services provided to a client even if he has not booked the session on the ATLAS platform.
This type of invoice, within ATLAS, is called INSTANT INVOICE.
For the rest of the sessions (the ones that the clients book through the ATLAS platform), the invoices are issued automatically at the time of booking.
You can issue Instant Invoices:
- Go to the My Invoices page
- Click on the "Add Instant Invoice" button
- You can choose an existing customer or add a new customer
- If you add a new customer, you must fill in all his tax data
- Select how the customer paid for the service provided: Cash or Card
- Add detail about PRICE and CURRENCY
- Fill in the TITLE of the meeting
- Add the DATE and START TIME of the meeting
- Complete DURATION
- When all the details are added, press the SAVE button
The invoice thus created is available in the list of invoices, having a distinct icon
