If, for various reasons, the Client can no longer participate in a Session / Meeting paid by the Client, he may request that the session be rescheduled for another date.
The time frame until a meeting reschedule can be requested is always displayed in the Payment Process Steps (Booking Wizard). If there is no limit imposed by the Specialist, a meeting reschedule can be initiated up to 1 hour before the start date.
If the meeting reschedule is not confirmed by the Specialist, Atlas will automatically refund the money to the Client.
Any meeting listed on the Atlas platform can be rescheduled at least 1 hour before the start of the session.
Note: Booked free meetings can't be rescheduled. Likewise, meetings of type First Meeting Free, can't be rescheduled.
How do I reschedule a meeting?
A successfully booked meeting can be rescheduled in the following manner:
- Access the Appointments page
- Choose the meeting you want to reschedule
- Click on the Reschedule icon represented by
- After you've picked a new date, press the Reschedule button
The Specialist will confirm or deny this meeting reschedule request.
Note: Only Specialists can Cancel a meeting. If this is the case, talk to your Specialist to cancel the appointment.
