There are a few ways to send a message to a Specialist.
Through services
Unlimited Message Subscription
If you prefer to chat with your Specialist between appointments or have chat sessions instead of the usual online, via video-conference, or offline, at the office, appointments, you can check if your Specialist has Unlimited Message Subscriptions available. If he/she hasn't, we recommend you spark a conversation with this Specialist and propose Unlimited Message Subscriptions.

Ask a Specialist
Ask a Specialist service lets you describe the issues that you are dealing with so an ATLAS Specialist (up to 10) can contact you.

Automated Matching
You will have to answer a few questions and the ATLAS algorithm will suggest the right Specialist available for you.

Send a message to a specific Specialist
If you found a Specialist and wish to contact him or her with a message, you need to:
- Go to said Specialist’s profile page
- Under the Specialist’s profile picture you can find the Send Message button
- Click on the button and a new window will open where you can write your message and send it to the Specialist
- If you have any attachments/files you want to send the Specialist you can use the Attach button
- Once you are done with your message you can press the Send button
