Note: We highly recommend you install the ATLAS application, available for Android, iOS, Windows or Mac. Go to this page to download your preferred application.

How to validate your phone number
Before each meeting you will receive a message (SMS) on your phone with an unique code that constitutes the session key. This represents a first-line security measure that ensures that only you have access to the Session, besides the Specialist.
It is very important that before your actual appointment your phone number is validated.
To validate your phone number, you need to:
- Go to your Client profile
- Under the Phone Number drop down menu, select the country in which the phone number is registered
- Input your phone number
- Click on Validate Phone Number. (if it does not appear, refresh the page)
- A new window will allow you to introduce the unique code received as a message (SMS) on your phone
- Input the code and press the Okay button
- To confirm the changes made, click on the Save Changes button located on the lower-right part of your screen
Test your internet connection
A stable and high-speed internet connection is required for a good online experience.
Your camera will be powered and it will be closed at the end of the test. However, no video or audio information will be sent to anyone nor will it be saved anywhere.
To test your internet connection:
- Go to your Client main dashboard
- Click on the Check your internet connection, microphone and camera, under the Ready for your Next Appointment?
- Select Test my Video Conference Capability
To test your connection and other parameters in order to establish connectivity strength, it will take a period of approximately 15 seconds.
If the results are unsatisfactory, you can upgrade your internet subscription, change your internet provider, and so on.
Check your speakers, webcam and microphone
In order to have an online meeting via ATLAS, you will need a working webcam (external or integrated), microphone (headset, integrated or external) and a speaker/speakers.
To test your camera and microphone:
- Go to your Client main dashboard
- Click on the Check your internet connection, microphone and camera, under the Ready for your Next Appointment?
- Select Camera & Microphone Test
Depending on the operating system used (Windows, Mac), there are also a variety of ways to check your webcam and microphone both locally, on your computer, and using online applications.
To check your speakers just see if any sound can be heard through them.
Check your browser compatibility
Within desktop operating systems (laptops, workstations, computers), ATLAS video and audio meetings work best on the latest versions of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Internet Explorer 10-11 (it will require an additional plugin to be installed)
- Opera
