What is Atlas?
AtlasTech provides licensed Specialists with a fully secure online counseling platform that serves as a centralized hub where people seeking help (Clients) have 24/7 access to view and buy their complete range of services through a computer, tablet or smartphone.
The Atlas platform can be used for both online and on premises meetings, with the added benefit of being integrated with modern tools that can facilitate an easy-to-use approach for Clients and Specialists.
How can it help me as a Specialist?
After creating a Specialist account, and being validated by the ATLAS Team, you will be able to make appointments through the platform with registered users. Your profile and list of services, calendar time slots and current & upcoming meetings will be visible by Clients who have an account on the platform but also by those who aren’t registered.
Specialists can add sessions in their calendar so Clients (and potential ones) can see when they can occupy a time slot or request an opening. As well, in order to entice Clients to acquire their services, Specialists can offer free sessions by purchasing Free Sessions directly from the Marketplace.
To better interpret and evaluate each case, tools such as Session Audit and Journal are readily available during and after the meeting. Once a session has ended, an invoice will be automatically created and can be found in the appropriate Invoices section, in your dashboard.
